![]() ![]() I'm not sure if this is because they still need to tweak AirBridge support for the Pro, or if it's because of the v53 wifi tweaks that many are having issues with. I'm using 200mbps fixed, but there's an occasional stutter because the encoder needs to catch up. Lastly, while it does work, I noticed it's not as smooth as the Quest2 (I tried out the Quest2 and AirBridge a few weeks ago). But I'm assuming they'll add AirBridge back as an option soon. FAST TV content can be streamed with internet connection instead of cable or satellite TV. The QuestPro setup no longer shows AirBridge as a valid option, so no idea if NEW AirBridge buyers can set it up. Free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST TV) is a streaming service that provides free access to TV shows, movies, and video content in exchange for watching ads in between scheduled breaks. I already had the AirBridge paired with my PC software. Operators send a link to the guests, and once the link is open the guest is connected to the show with the host’s permission. It can have up to four guests live at the same time, and up to 12 guests on the waiting list. I'm guessing you need an already setup Airbridge for this to workĮdit2 - I can confirm AirBridge now works with the QuestPro. The multiCAM AirBridge is a video solution for including remote guests in shows or conferences. Whereas Airbridge can do a stable and fixed 200 mbpsĮdit - just checked the v53 PC device setup tab, when setting up QPRO it doesn't list Airbridge. It's a competent ASUS router (AC RT-68p), but it can only sustain a stable and fixed ~170 mbps bitrate. ![]() Had to get the ole wifi5 router I previously used with the Quest2 before I upgraded to the Airbridge. I'm not sure why, since Meta claimed this didn't matter, but it seems to have mattered after all.Holy shit !! Thank you for the heads up !! Any advice?ĮDIT: I left my headset on and connected to wifi overnight, it updated from V44 to V46 and now everything seems to be working. I've also already contacted Meta support and they were unable to help me. Meta's support page does have a troubleshooting step for this problem "Meta Quest headset stuck on obtaining IP address": ( ) but I followed these steps already (the Air Bridge's Internet Connection Sharing was already not enabled, so I didn't actually change anything as a result of this advice) so I still have had no luck. the headset is stuck on "obtaining IP address" after I went through the setup steps in the Oculus Windows application that directed me to connect to the Air Bridge via my headset's wi-fi. I bought the new D-Link Air Bridge in hopes of simplifying my Air Link connection issues, but it seems like it will never be simple. The idea is that you connect to the Air Bridge's wifi from the normal wifi button in Quick Settings once to establish the Quest's knowledge of the password, then you can go back to your normal wifi. Also flair self-promotion appropriately. ![]()
